This comprehensive 8-hour course is designed for individuals seeking an introduction to defensive rifle/carbine usage. Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience with firearms, this course will provide essential knowledge and practical skills to enhance your proficiency with defensive rifles or carbines.
Students will learn proper grip and stance, weapon manipulation, administrative loading and unloading, combat loading, malfunction clearing, load selection and associated gear selection.
Basic I is an introduction to handgun shooting in a defensive context. This course exceeds Florida requirements for firearms safety class and a certificate obtained during this course can be used to apply for a CCW License. There will be at least one classes scheduled per month.
